युगंधर २०२६ साठी मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे, धोरणे आणि आचारसंहिता.

महत्त्वाच्या सूचना

  • कोणत्याही स्पर्धेसाठी किमान १० स्पर्धक नोंदी आवश्यक आहेत.
  • स्पर्धा पार पाडण्यासाठी किमान १ स्पर्धा समन्वयक आणि १ स्वयंसेवक आवश्यक आहे.
  • स्पर्धेच्या आवश्यकतेनुसार अधिक स्वयंसेवक घेण्यासाठी स्पर्धा समन्वयक निर्णय घेऊ शकतात.
  • स्पर्धा समन्वयक व स्वयंसेवक मिळून संपूर्ण स्पर्धा सुरुवातीपासून शेवटपर्यंत पार पाडतील.

1. General Guidelines

  • All participants must be currently enrolled students of their respective colleges.
  • A valid College ID card and Government ID (Aadhar/PAN) are mandatory for verification before every event.
  • Teams and individuals must report to the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
  • Any team failing to report within 15 minutes of the scheduled time will face an automatic walkover/disqualification.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the schedule or rules in case of unforeseen circumstances.

2. Sports Event Rules

  • All matches will be played according to the standard rules of the respective national/international federations.
  • The referee's or umpire's decision on the field will be final and binding. No arguments will be entertained.
  • Proper sports attire and appropriate footwear are strictly required. Non-compliance will result in not being allowed to play.
  • Substitutions must be made according to the specific rules of each sport and only after notifying the referee.

3. Cultural Event Rules

  • Performances must strictly adhere to the allotted time limits. Exceeding the time limit will lead to negative marking.
  • Audio tracks (if required) must be submitted to the coordinators at least 2 hours before the event in MP3 format.
  • The use of fire, water, glass, or any hazardous materials on stage is strictly prohibited.
  • Vulgarity, offensive language, or disrespect toward any community/religion will result in immediate disqualification.

4. Disciplinary Policy

Yugandhar 2026 maintains a strict Zero Tolerance Policy toward misconduct.

  • Use of abusive language, physical violence, or intimidation towards officials, volunteers, or opponents is strictly forbidden.
  • Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or use of illegal substances on the campus premises will lead to immediate expulsion of the entire college contingent.
  • Any damage to college property/stadium equipment will be fined to the respective college.
